Useless Use of Cat Pipe

Description: A small command line utility to pipe info directly to uuoc.com.
Changes
Version 1.2
Fixes a bug. Was writing to undeclared memory before. glibc 2.3 didn't complain. glibc 2.4 segfaulted.

Version 1.1
Changes the channel from #linuxgeneration to #NsN, as BadCat is no longer in #linuxgeneration.

To message a channel, use -C #channel. You are only able to message pre-aproved channels, which is checked server side, so theres no point trying funny business. Also, -f <file> selects a file to use. You can use multiple files at a time, but they are all read into a buffer before sending, so if you use an 8gb file, your going to suck up some serious ram. The server blocks post strings that are too large, so theres no need for more monkey business. -4 and -6 force IPv4 and IPv6 respectively. -n in the new version sends to stdout as well as the site. -i sends to me. -h is a basic help. Basic syntax is uuoc [options] name, with stdin being the pasted content. If theres no EOF then nothing will get pasted.
Note: The new source is NOT the same code used for the binaries. The new source fully supports IPv6 as well.
